Importing wholesale textiles from India is simpler when you break it into steps. This guide covers what to expect when you buy kurtis, sarees, fabrics, yarns or home textiles from a New Delhi supplier like Parmeshwari Textile Overseas Pvt. Ltd..

Step 1: Decide what you want to sell

Start with the customers you serve. Boutiques often mix everyday wear with a few occasion pieces, fabric buyers think about the season, and online sellers look for sets that photograph well and ship easily. Browse our wholesale kurtis, sarees wholesale, salwar kameez and suits, lehenga choli, dress material, fabrics by the metre and note the design numbers you like.

Step 2: Ask for wholesale prices

Prices depend on the design, fabric and quantity, so we share them on request. Send us the design numbers, your quantity and your country, and we reply with a quotation and the minimum order for each design.

Step 3: Check quality with a sample

If you want to confirm the fabric, colour or finish, ask for a sample. Samples are chargeable (sample cost plus courier). For repeat designs, many buyers start with a small trial lot instead.

We pack the order and prepare the commercial invoice and packing list. Small lots usually go by international courier, larger orders go by air freight or sea freight. Common trade terms include EXW, FOB and CIF, and you can ask us which terms we can offer for your order.

Step 6: Customs clearance and labelling

At destination your customs broker clears the goods and pays duty and tax. Many countries also require labels showing fibre content, country of origin and care instructions. Tell us what you need on your labels and we will share the fabric details we have.
