- If you want to check quality first, we can arrange a sample. Samples are charged at sample cost plus courier.
- Once you confirm, we send a proforma invoice. Bulk orders are processed against advance payment.
- We pack the order, prepare the invoice and export documents, and ship it to you by courier, air or sea.
Shipping, documents and import notes
Shipments from India reach the UAE by sea through ports such as Jebel Ali, or by air freight, and samples go by international courier. We prepare the commercial invoice and packing list for each shipment.
UAE importers usually need a valid trade licence, and VAT applies to imports, so confirm the details with your clearing agent. We can share product and fabric details to support your paperwork.
Samples and payment
Orders are confirmed against a proforma invoice with advance payment, and samples are chargeable (sample cost plus courier). After we confirm your order you can pay any agreed amount through the secure Make a Payment button at the bottom of our website (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets via Razorpay).
