- If you want to check quality first, we can arrange a sample. Samples are charged at sample cost plus courier.
- Once you confirm, we send a proforma invoice. Bulk orders are processed against advance payment.
- We pack the order, prepare the invoice and export documents, and ship it to you by courier, air or sea.
Shipping, documents and import notes
Orders reach Canada by air freight or sea freight, and samples go by international courier. We prepare the commercial invoice and packing list for each shipment.
Canadian rules require textile products to be labelled with fibre content and the dealer's identity, and customs duty and tax depend on the product. Check the details with your customs broker. We can share fabric composition information for your labels.
Samples and payment
